The text on the card is from a card on Be My Anti-VAlentine.I thought it would suit Spike.

Xander hadn’t expected what happened this year. After he stood up Anya he thought the only card he might get was from his friends, trying to cheer him up. That didn’t happen.

First there were the six roses, brought by someone from the local florist. Later a heart shaped box of chocolates was delivered. Neither of them stated their sender. Strange.

An hour later a card arrived. He opened it while still standing in the door opening, hoping to get a clue from whom it was.

OK,
I bought the flowers
Gave you the chocolates
And sent you the card
Now do I get a shag

Spike. It had all been a joke. Or was it.

“Hey Harris, fancy a movie.”
